As a company policy we require “KEY EXCLUSIVITY” from you. Other than NGPS the only other key holder can be yourselves. Agreeing to this contract you agree not to make copies and distribute your keys to third parties without the consent of NGPS. If a third party company / person has keys for the property, NGPS can not be held responsible for any issiues within the property
