Privacy Notice for Job Applications
A. PURPOSE OF THIS NOTICE
As NG Property Services ("the Company"), and in our capacity as Data Controller under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), this notice is prepared to inform you — within the scope of Articles 10 and 11 of the KVKK — about the purposes for which your personal data will be processed, to whom it may be transferred, how it is collected, the legal basis for processing, and your related rights.
We process, record, transfer, share and store your personal data within the limits required by applicable legislation and as described below. The Company reserves the right to update this Privacy Notice in line with changes in applicable law.
B. COLLECTION, PROCESSING AND PURPOSES
Through our career application form, we may collect personal data including your full name, email address, phone number, selected position, resume/CV and any information you voluntarily provide. This data is processed for recruitment evaluation, contacting applicants, reviewing qualifications, managing hiring processes, maintaining application records and fulfilling our human resources obligations.
Your personal data will not be used for purposes other than those stated above without your explicit consent, and will not be shared with third parties except where required by law or authorised public institutions.
Where permitted under the KVKK, your data may be shared with authorised public authorities, service providers, business partners and affiliated companies, subject to appropriate security measures, solely for the purposes described in this notice.
Your personal data may be collected verbally, in writing or electronically through our website, email, phone, office channels and similar communication tools connected to recruitment activities.
Personal data obtained with your consent or on other lawful grounds under Turkish legislation may be processed for purposes including:
C. METHOD AND LEGAL BASIS
Your personal data is collected to enable the Company to evaluate job applications lawfully and to fulfil contractual and legal responsibilities arising from recruitment activities. Data is processed within the conditions and purposes set out in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK and for the purposes listed in Section B of this notice.
D. SPECIAL CATEGORIES OF DATA
Under the KVKK, certain data such as health information, biometric data and other special categories are subject to additional protection. The Company applies the safeguards determined by the Personal Data Protection Board and processes such data only where permitted by law and, where required, with explicit consent and solely for the stated purpose.
E. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data may be transferred to shareholders, business partners, suppliers, authorised public institutions and relevant third parties within the conditions set out in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, solely for the purposes described in Section B.
F. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFER
Where required and permitted under the KVKK and related Board decisions, the Company may transfer personal data abroad in accordance with applicable legal conditions and, where necessary, with the explicit consent of the data subject.
G. YOUR RIGHTS UNDER ARTICLE 11 OF THE KVKK
Under the KVKK, you have the right to be informed before your personal data is processed and to determine how your data is handled after processing. In accordance with the Communiqué on Application Procedures and Principles to the Data Controller, data subjects may request:
H. RETENTION PERIODS
Personal data processed for the purposes stated in this notice will be deleted, destroyed or anonymised when the processing purpose ceases to exist and/or when mandatory statutory retention periods expire, in accordance with the KVKK.
I. PROCESSING WITHOUT EXPLICIT CONSENT
In certain cases permitted under Article 5 of the KVKK, the Company may process personal data without seeking explicit consent.
J. HOW TO SUBMIT A REQUEST
Pursuant to Article 13 of the KVKK, you may submit requests regarding your rights using the methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board. Rights relating to personal data may only be exercised by the data subject in respect of their own data. Applications without official identity verification documents may not be processed.
