Founded as a division of New Generation Group, NGPS brings together licensed professionals, experienced tradespeople and dedicated client coordinators to deliver a genuinely comprehensive property service. We work with villas, apartments and residential sites throughout Fethiye, Ölüdeniz, Çalış, Göcek, Kayaköy, Kaş and Kalkan, adapting our services to the specific needs of each property and owner. Our leadership team holds a Master’s degree in Facility Management and Property Law and brings over 35 years of five-star hospitality experience — including 15 years as a General Manager at international-standard hotels — translating hotel-grade systems and accountability directly into how we manage residential and site properties.
